Sherri Shepherd will launch her own daytime talk show in fall 2022

Sherri Berger will launch its own daytime talk show in the fall of 2022, reports Variety. The new syndicated series, titled “Sherri,” will slip into Fox O&O slots currently held by “The Wendy Williams Show,” as talk show host Wendy Williams continues to recover from health problems. “Sherri” hails from Debmar-Mercury of Lionsgate. the same company behind “Wendy Williams”. An insider told Variety, “Wendy’s show won‘t air this fall and her future is uncertain and uncertain. When Wendy is back to being herself, and if she wants to do the show again, Debmar-Mercury is open to that. Shepherd will serve as executive producer on her new show, alongside her producing partner, Jawn Murray. David Perlerwho served as executive producer and showrunner of “The Wendy Williams Show” for 12 seasons, will serve as executive producer of “Sherri.”………
