What is the mission or &quot;brief&quot; of the promo? Does the promo deliver that message? Does the entry meet that challenge?<br>CREATIVITY/EFFECTIVENES/IMPACT: One gauge of success is to determine if the promo was compelling enough to motivate viewers to tune in. In other words, did the promo succeed in generating viewer awareness? Does it break through the clutter and grab viewer attention? Was it effective in the marketplace? Did people watch the program?<br>EXECUTION: Judges will consider innovation, originality, ingenuity and creativity in the production values in the spots. How well did the producers achieve their goal of explaining the &quot;core&quot; message through the use of graphics, music, editing and script?  Were the production values outstanding? Did the producers say what they meant to say without letting the &quot; bells and whistles&quot; get in the way?
